Global Deaf Muslims operates a chapter in Twin Cities, Minnesota under a leadership of a Chapter Director, appointed by the President with the advice of the national officers. The Minnesota Chapter coordinates resources, Islamic classes, interpreters, and social services for Deaf Muslims living in Minnesota and nearby states.
